Breakfast is served around a large table in the kitchen. It includes eggs cooked differently each day, fresh bread, pastries, ham as well as cheese and yogurts.
Our cheeses, cream and butter are produced by the Coopérative d’Isigny Sainte Mère and by the Ferme des Petites Normandes in La Cambe.
Our apple juice, cider, Pommeau and Calvados are produced by La Ferme de la Sapinière in Saint Laurent sur Mer, on Omaha Beach.
Our caramels offered in the guest rooms and in the reception area and the caramel popcorn are made by Caramels d’Isigny, available at les Halles d’Isigny
Our biscuits in the shape of a parachute are made by the Biscuiterie de Sainte-Mère-Eglise.
